Four Turns Version 2 Is Here (And Android Is On the Way)
Four Turns Version 2 just dropped — Doodles mode, daily puzzles, lofi music, dark mode, colorblind support and 9 languages. Plus an update on the Android build.
It's the biggest update we've ever shipped — Four Turns Version 2 is officially here. New ways to play, a fresh coat of paint, and a daily puzzle to come back to. Here's everything that's new.
When we first released Four Turns, the idea was simple: rotate the pipes, connect the colors, find a little calm. You all took that simple idea and ran with it — and your feedback is what shaped this update. Today we're thrilled to announce that Four Turns Version 2 is live on the App Store.
Five ways to play
The original campaign is still here and better than ever — but now it has company. Open the app and you'll find five distinct modes waiting:
- Campaign — a hand-crafted journey of levels that ramps up gently, with stars for clean solves.
- Endless — an infinite stream of freshly generated puzzles that auto-advance as fast as you can solve them.
- Challenge — trickier boards with locked tiles and a ticking clock. Beat the modifier or retry.
- Daily — one hand-seeded puzzle every day, with a streak to keep alive and gems to earn.
- Doodles — our brand-new creative mode (more on that below).
Introducing Doodles
Doodles flips the puzzle on its head. Instead of solving toward a fixed answer, you rotate tiles to draw — hearts, stars, flowers, animals, houses and more. It's the calmest, most playful corner of the game, and a lovely way to unwind.
Dark mode & colorblind support
Version 2 is built for every pair of eyes. A full dark mode makes late-night sessions cozy, and a colorblind-friendly palette adds distinct shapes and tones so every connection reads clearly.
Handpicked lofi tracks
Set the mood with a built-in lofi soundtrack and a song picker so you can choose your vibe — or switch it all off for total quiet. Either way, twist and relax.
Play in your language
Four Turns now speaks nine languages and counting — so more players around the world can enjoy it in the language they think in.
Android is on the way
We know a lot of you have been asking the same question: "When is it coming to Android?" The answer: we're actively working on it right now.
Getting the Android build right takes a little extra care — we want it to feel just as smooth and polished as the iOS version, on phones and tablets alike. We're deep in that work today, and we'll share a release date the moment we're confident it's ready.
If you're on Android and want to be first to know, keep an eye on this blog — we'll post here the instant it goes live.
Thank you for playing, for sharing, and for every bit of feedback that made Version 2 what it is. Go give the new modes a spin — and we'll see you in the Daily.
